Share Capital Increase. Alicia Balet becomes Vaman´s real owner.
Zaragoza businesswoman Alicia Balet has subscribed the share capital increase of Vaman Management Holding, S.L. becoming the Real Holder of the company with a share ownership of 26%.
In addition, the new shareholder has committed to a new capital increase within two months to reach the majority and provide the necessary funds to develop the recently approved Strategic Plan 2015 – 2017.
